Owner Representation and Project Management

We provide owner representation to serve as a liaison and ensure that the owner's best interest are carried out.
Milestone Inspections and Building Recertification

In Florida, milestone inspections focus on the structural integrity of condo and co-op buildings three stories or taller. They are required at 30 years (25 near the coast) and every 10 years thereafter, beginning with a visual review and followed by detailed testing if deterioration is found.

Building recertification is a related local process that also emphasizes the structural safety of aging buildings. These programs were strengthened after the Surfside collapse to ensure timely identification and repair of structural issues.
